Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash and major credit cards. For insurance-covered jobs where we bill your carrier directly, your deductible (if applicable) is due at the time of service.

We cannot guarantee insurance coverage decisions. You are responsible for understanding your own policy. Any amounts not covered by your insurer remain your responsibility.

We understand that schedules change. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as early as possible so we can offer your slot to another customer.

No-shows or same-day cancellations without reasonable notice may result in a service call fee at our discretion. We will communicate any such fee before charging it.

You are responsible for ensuring your vehicle is accessible and in a condition that allows us to perform service safely. If your vehicle cannot be accessed or the work area is unsafe, we may need to reschedule.

For windshield replacements, adhesive (urethane) requires a minimum cure time before the vehicle is safe to drive. We use Sika crash-tested adhesive and follow manufacturer minimum drive-away times. We will give you a specific safe drive-away time before we leave.

Driving your vehicle before the specified drive-away time is at your own risk and voids our workmanship warranty for that installation. We take this seriously because the windshield is a structural component of the vehicle and the adhesive bond is critical to airbag performance in a collision.

We provide a lifetime workmanship warranty on all installations for as long as you own or lease the vehicle. This warranty covers defects in our labor and installation only. It does not cover:

• →New chips, cracks, or damage caused after service by road debris, vandalism, or accidents
• →Damage resulting from driving before the specified safe drive-away time
• →Any condition unrelated to our work

To make a warranty claim, contact us at (505) 525-0058 or Info@longevityautoglass.com. We will inspect the issue and determine coverage.

We work directly with most major insurance carriers and can bill them on your behalf once you open a claim with your insurer. You remain responsible for your deductible and any amounts your policy does not cover.

Coverage decisions are made solely by your insurer. We will provide documentation to support your claim, but we have no control over whether or how much your carrier pays.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• →Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through our forms
• →Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems
• →Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data from the site without permission
• →Use the site to transmit spam, malware, or harmful content

We reserve the right to block access for violations of these terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Longevity Auto Glass LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our services, including loss of income, data, or business opportunity.

Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Before pursuing any formal action, you agree to contact us first at (505) 525-0058 or Info@longevityautoglass.com to give us a fair opportunity to resolve the issue. Most problems can be resolved quickly with a direct conversation.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be brought in the state or local courts of Bernalillo County, New Mexico. Both parties consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted to this page. Continued use of the site or our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Check the "Last updated" date at the top of this page to see when it was last revised.
